Stop Prompting AI, Start Directing It

So often we see design thinking presented as a nice neat diagram with arrows, sticky notes, and a clear beginning and end. But in the real world, it's often none of those things.

Accessibility in design is often framed as a set of rules, ratios, or compliance requirements. But at its core, it's about people moving through the world, perceiving information, and how design either supports them or simply gets in their way.

The best illustration in a product is often the one you barely notice. It doesn't call attention to itself. It just makes the experience feel a little calmer, a little clearer, a little more like something a person made.
